Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>The layer identifies the critical area boundaries and name of streams within the City of Bainbridge Island. </span></p><p><span>Per BIMC 16.20.110.E Table 1, the minimum buffer width is determined by the stream type:</span></p><ul><li><p><span style='font-weight:bold;'>Type F</span><span>: 200 feet</span></p></li><li><p><span style='font-weight:bold;'>Type Np</span><span>: 100 feet</span></p></li><li><p><span style='font-weight:bold;'>Type Ns</span><span> (connected to F or Np): 75 feet</span></p></li><li><p><span style='font-weight:bold;'>Type Ns</span><span> (NOT connected to F or Np): 50 feet</span></p></li></ul><p><span style='font-weight:bold;'>No uses or activities shall be allowed within the buffer unless allowed by this section of the municipal code.</span></p><p><span>This layer is intended as a starting point to meet these requirements by providing the approximate boundary of the critical area.
